Fudgy flourless chocolate torte. Whoever thought of putting flour in a cake was an idiot!

This was the first time I had ever tried our raved about chocolate torta and now I understand why people love the darn thing so much. I can't wait to try it again! But this time warmed and A La Mode. P.S.: Speaking of A La Mode, Matt bought an ice cream maker for me as a V-Day gift! Can't wait to try it. Pictures and experiments to come very soon!
