Yes, ladies and gents I found dried okra! Its salty and crispy and well...strangely delicious and addictive. (And still a little slimy once you get snacking on it)
I discovered this amazing dried veggie at this little (well, actually it's not so little) place out in Auburn, CA where they sell delicious sauces, pies, dried fruits and berries, enchiladas, chicken pot pies and a dozen other organic foods! Definitely a keeper!
